Norman has worked in senior roles across the investment management industry including Venture Capital, Private Equity and Asset Management. As a venture capitalist at two of Canada's largest funds at the time, Norman's involvement covered the range of investment activities from investment assessment and financial model building to working with management and sitting on the Board of Directors to generate successful investment outcomes (IPOs, strategic sales, etc.). His experience includes assessing, advising and modelling companies across t he breadth of their life cycles from pre-revenue to global multinational.
